How to make lazy quick but tasty comforting food when you feel cruddy/drunk:
- throw a handful of plain instant mashed potatos mix in a mug
- add one or two spoons of margarin (use two if you feel extra cruddy)
- add a spoonful of osem “chicken flavor” soup mix (or something)
- add some garlic powder
- add enough water so it’s liquidy and not a paste, stir
- microwave two minutes, stir
- add small pieces of broccoli
- add cheddar daiya, stir
- microwave for one or two minutes
- enjoy with a beer
