Sell me your touring or cross frame!?!?
I need a steel touring frame or bike, quality but cheap. I need something that will carry me 100 miles a day for 2 weeks, with racks and panniers, and still feel nice to ride. I need clearance for 28c tires and full fenders. I need a 56-57 top tube, 54-56 seat tube. I need it to be quality to last for as cheap as possible. Anybody know of anything that might fit that bill?

Good food is good!
Grapefruit for breakfast before a 6 mile trail run. Rice cakes with vegenaise, fresh spinach, avocado and field roast post-workout. Apple slices with almond butter, granola and chocolate chips for a snack. French fries and kale salad for dinner. Only 48 ounces of water, so I had 2 giant cups of tea. Need way more water tomorrow.
