Track Class part 4
I didn’t post about parts 1 - 3 yet, but I will. For now, here’s how #4 went.
The Multnomah Athletic Club decided to bring out their own coach and a ton of their members tonight for the class. Which is rad, more people interested brings more revenue and helps make our track events better. But it made it really hard to train. We found ourselves waiting 20 minutes or more between...
Tattoos... A retraction.
Some of you may have read an earlier entry of mine about hipster/hobag tattoos and my very opinionated thoughts on what constitutes art. I have retracted that post in favor of this one.
Tattoos are awesome! Get lots. Get whatever you want and wear it well. I look forward to seeing tons more in the future!
